Bio

Scott Klarman, saxophones, flute, and EWI, is a multi-talented instrumentalist who began his musical studies with his father, an accomplished classical, commercial and recording musician. Scott has performed at the Umbria Jazz Festival, the Montreux Jazz Festival and the North Sea Jazz Festival. Scott Klarman has toured professionally all over the world.

 

Most recently, Scott has recorded with renowned artists Melton Mustafa, Buddy Miles, Clockwork, and Nightfall. An innovative improvisational musician, he is an active Jazz and big band freelance and recording artist. Scott attended Miami Dade College and studied with international recording artist Ed Calle. He has performed with Lou Rauls, Bob Hope, Frank Sinatra, and has toured Japan, performing in the highly-demanding Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus band.

ORLANDO MACHADO

Bio

Orlando Machado's unique and prominent talents have established him as one of South Florida's most sought-after drummers. His versatility, perceptiveness, and sensitivity to style have propelled his career as an extremely eclectic, well-versed musician. The precision of his playing as an artist boasts rhythms, which are powerful and highly musical. His work has been displayed in national jingles, television spots and films, thus once again highlighting his extreme versatility.

 

Born in Santa Clara, Cuba and raised in Miami, Florida, He also received full music scholarships at Miami Dade Community College and Florida International University. Soon after his first experiences as a professional drummer, he was asked to perform in various worldwide music festivals which elevated his young career even further. Orlando Machado stands to be one of South Florida's greatest drummer/percussionists.

VALERIO CANTORI

Bio

Valerio Cantori was born in Cento di Ferrara, Italy. He is a distinguished pianist and music director with an illustrious career spanning continents and genres. He studied classical piano and graduated from the Conservatory of Carpi, later pursuing musicology at the renowned DAMS Institute in Bologna. He also studied jazz composition and orchestration at Paese degli Specchi with George Russell, Carla Bley, Mike Gibbs, Kenny Wheeler and Bruno Tommaso.

 

His early career began aboard some of the world’s most prestigious cruise ships. He moved to Miami, Florida in the year 2000.

 

In his long career, he performed with Sam Moore, Charo and Andrea Bocelli. His artistic contributions extend to television, where he arranged and produced the PBS show Cafè Fantastico.

 

In recent years, he has participated in the Miami Sound Machine Revival, a tribute to Gloria Estefan featuring numerous founding members of the iconic band.
